Mauricio Andujar

Partner

Mauricio believes that all ideas, concepts, and hypotheses need to be tested in a real context, and works to bring to life strategic work through digital products, venture and service design. Prior to joining Vivaldi, Mauricio co-founded and led the growth of a LATAM-based innovation and transformation hub called LIQUID, where he spent four years designing, raising capital for, and launching LIQUID’s Venture Studio model, working with entrepreneurs in digital tech-based startups that were designed from the start as platform models.

Mauricio has incubated and accelerated the growth of startups, many of which are in the health and wellness space—through a services-for-equity model, which he believes can be translated into the corporate world.

Mauricio holds a BSBA in Business from University of Florida, and an Innovation Specialization from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Additionally, Mauricio designed and served as Program Director for the Executive Innovation Program at UTEC in Lima, Peru for over four years.

Mauricio founded and acted as President of the Board at SHIFT, a non-profit association composed of corporations, universities, and consulting companies, as well as multilateral organizations and government entities, to promote and improve the conditions for innovation in Peru.
