How do you create products and experiences that jump off the page, grab you and keep you engaged? How do you create motivation to try or use something – or change behavior? How do you create stickiness and positive habits?
To answer these questions, you need to dig deeper – beyond the obvious, beyond the well-known and beyond the stated. Today, we know more than ever before about how the human mind works and what influences our behavior – leveraging insights from neuroscience and other behavioral sciences to shape behavior and create extraordinary experiences.
These challenges are particularly relevant in the world of AI, as we need to think through how we can shape human behavior around AI, motivating the right type of usage and reinventing what customer experience might look like with immersive AI and other technologies.
We’re thrilled to be welcoming an impressive panel of experts to reveal and discuss this scientific playbook for high-impact customer experiences:

Dr. Paul J. Zak: Dr. Zak is a Distinguished University Professor at Claremont Graduate University and is ranked in the top 0.3% of most cited scientists with over 200 published papers and more than 22,000 citations. Paul’s two decades of research have taken him from the Pentagon to Fortune 50 boardrooms to the rainforest of Papua New Guinea. He has written four general audience books and is a regular TED speaker. His newest book is The Little Book of Happiness: A Scientific Approach to Living Better.
Paul is also a four time tech entrepreneur; his current company, Immersion Neuroscience, is a software platform that allows anyone to measure what the brain loves in real-time to improve outcomes in entertainment, education and training, and emotional wellness. He frequently appears in the media in such places as Good Morning America, Dr. Phil, Fox & Friends, ABC Evening News, and his work has been reported in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Time, The Economist, Scientific American, Fast Company, Forbes, and various podcasts. Fun fact: he is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and has created dialog for two movies. More at pauljzak.com
