With more than two decades of experience spanning consulting, entrepreneurship, executive education, and venture building, he works with senior leaders to identify new growth opportunities, build innovation capabilities, accelerate AI adoption, and create the conditions for sustainable change.
His work sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, capability building, and emerging technology. He is particularly passionate about helping organizations move beyond planning and experimentation toward implementation, adoption, and long-term impact.
Throughout his career, Eric has worked with leading organizations across financial services, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, government, and education. His experience includes innovation strategy, AI transformation, leadership development, learning transfer, venture creation, and organizational capability building.
Alongside his consulting work, Eric serves as faculty and facilitator for leading executive education institutions including IMD Business School, ESSEC Business School, Singapore Management University, and Singapore’s Civil Service College.
Prior to joining Vivaldi, Eric founded and led multiple innovation-focused ventures and advisory businesses, helping organizations navigate disruption, build new capabilities, and unlock growth in rapidly changing environments.
Based in Singapore, Eric works with organizations across Southeast Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
