Manager

Victoria is a brand, strategy, and innovation manager who works at the intersection of numbers, culture and people. She combines analytical depth, cultural awareness, and consumer insight —forecasting demand, analyzing category growth patterns, track cultural trends, and talking to consumers— to help companies understand where markets and behaviors are heading. She focuses on translating these insights into strategies that drive growth, innovation, and stronger brands.

She has spent most of her time at Vivaldi working on CPG projects, spanning clients from ABI and Coca-Cola to Chobani, Jose Cuervo, and Edgewell, while also gaining experience in the education sector with clients such as McGraw Hill and Laureate.

Before joining Vivaldi, she worked at PSB, where she built strong foundations in both qualitative and quantitative research.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on consumer behavior, along with minors in Business Studies and Economics, from New York University.

  • Built a future-back growth roadmap for one of the fastest-growing US food brands. Identified emerging consumer needs, modeled category priorities to developed a growth system that guides long-term growth
  • Helped a global beer company deepen its understanding of Gen Z’s relationship with alcohol. Designed and led qualitative research across multiple markets to uncover cultural drivers, socializing habits, and opportunities for beer and broader alcohol innovation.
  • Redesigned the education model of a major LATAM university group, translating student insights into a new business model with defined key features a rollout roadmap
