Jana Justa

Manager

Jana is passionate about finding the right levers to pull to help brands and businesses grow – especially by human-centered platform business models and thorough brand and innovation strategies. She believes that finding what truly matters to customers is one such key strategy.

She has a strong background in strategy and innovation from both her academic and professional career. As a strategy consultant, she has worked for both B2B and B2C companies tackling various challenges, such as developing an employer branding strategy or fostering employee’s internal engagement around a shared purpose for a global renewable energy brand.

Jana holds a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in business administration with a major in marketing from the University of Cologne. During her studies, Jana spent a semester abroad at the University of Singapore (NUS) where she was enrolled in the MBA program of the NUS Business School. Prior to that, she graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Management, Marketing and Innovation (B.Sc.).
