Jared Richardson

Jared is an uncommon business leader, standing at the intersection of design, brand, strategy and innovation – with deep experience inside and outside complex organizations.

Before joining Vivaldi Group as Head of Design, Jared was the SVP, Global Head of Design for Colgate-Palmolive, responsible setting and executing the vision to transform Colgate-Palmolive into a design-integrated company and for the design of all priority Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Health and Pet Nutrition brands across all markets.

He is a proven leader delivering outstanding results and consistently exceeding expectations. He inspires and motivates his teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. He is a strong communicator, able to communicate his vision and align the team towards a shared goal.

Previous to Colgate, he was the co-founder of the Velo Group, a brand strategy, design and marketing consultancy based in New York City. Clients included consumer lifestyle companies in hospitality, technology, food and beverage and not-for-profit.

It was there that he helped transform hospitality company Union Square Hospitality Group (CEO Danny Meyer) and Shake Shack and drove the global brand revitalization of Subway.

Previous to starting the Velo Group, Jared was a Partner and Head of Design at Fahrenheit 212, a New York based innovation strategy and design consultancy specializing in business transformation through the creation of new products and categories. Jared was also at Futurebrand and the Arnell Group.
