Emilia is particularly excited about helping clients identify platform opportunities, embedding customers into the equation, which she believes is a requirement to unlock true value creation in a world where strategy needs to account for rapidly changing consumer expectations, technological advancement, and constant innovation. She works with global B2B and B2C brands to identify and unlock new growth opportunities through a demand-led approach that is deeply grounded in customer needs.
Emilia has spent her career in consulting, working with major clients such as adidas, American Express, Coca-Cola, Danone, Vans, and others, helping them overcome major branding challenges, better connect with their customers, and capture global opportunities, through defining and unlocking strategic market positions.
Emilia holds a MSc in Strategic Management from HEC Paris, where she was elected for their highly selective Leadership Program. She also holds a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
