Chloe Monson is an Engagement Manager based in Vivaldi’s New York office. Chloe works with global brands to identify and unlock key growth strategies that are right for them and anchored in a combined commercial and consumer analysis.​

Chloe has spent her career in client services, helping major Fortune 500 companies enter and redefine markets. She believes strongly in working hand-in-hand with client teams to design effective solutions to the most pressing challenges in their industry through the creation of robust, future-proofed business and innovation strategies. ​

Chloe’s experience spans across industries which she believes helps her to work outside traditional boundaries and apply cross-industry learnings to broaden brand and client value chains. ​

Chloe obtained both her Masters and Bachelors degrees in Business from Trinity College, Dublin in her home country of Ireland.​


Challenges She's Taken on Recently

  • Designed an executable national launch strategy for a major pharmaceutical to increase two-dose vaccine completion rates among Gen Z consumers
  • Identified a market entry opportunity and developed a dynamic and scenario-based business model for a leading tech firm to enter a multi-billion-dollar commercial EV charging business​
  • Developed a platform strategy for a multi-billion-dollar consumer product company to combine growing wellness trends with their existing capabilities to quickly move into key growth markets​ ​
